After seeing Wolf's post of the Touhou Sky Arena DL, it made me feel like we should have a section for dl's so that we can organize them better~
More details can be found in the poll located in the Polls sub-category~
(for those who do not know where that is, it is in the ideas section, at the top)

I disagree, the Downloads can be associated with the game that is being discussed in the thread, if people are too lazy to find it, then there's no point in putting a section like that. =x

Okay, I guess we need now. But try to make a separate the sections with the items. Like games for download games only, tools for download tools only and etc. :x
Oh yeah... Some advise, try to not let HF looked like a pirate. Use the original download link if you want to host something.
