We have reason to believe that your CosmicBreak account may be in danger, and
highly suggest that you change your account password immediately.
If you have recently given your login ID and/or password to the user "1337nEvil",
please be aware that this user has been using forged card numbers in an attempt
to charge Rt for himself and others. Several accounts have already been
automatically banned as a result of these fraudulent payments. If your account
receives or has already received a payment from this user, and that payment turns
out to be fraudulent, your account will be automatically banned and will most
likely be irrecoverable. Again, we highly suggest that you change the passwords
to any and all CosmicBreak accounts in your possession.
In order to change your account password, login to the website, click "My Account
Settings," then click the green "Change" button next to where it says "Password".
If your password has been changed and you cannot login, please try using the
"Forgot Password" function to email yourself a new password. The new password will
be sent to the email address that you used when you registered for CosmicBreak.
Please pass this message along to anyone you know who may have given out their
login info to the user in question. If you have any details regarding this
incident, feel free to contact us by replying to this email, or using the
Contact Us link at the bottom of the main CosmicBreak page.
We are doing our best to get this issue cleaned up as soon as possible, but
unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees about recovering accounts that have
already been charged via fraudulent cards.
