Note: Numbers in parenthesis indicate the skills' starting and highest possible levels.

Common Skills

Note: The maximum levels of these skills vary with the characters.
-Actives-
Dash - Self-Buff. Use up SP to run faster.
Detect Mines - Detects nearby mines.
Mine Sweep - Disarms nearby mines.
Recovery - Heals self. Putting enough points in this skill can extend the healing effect to nearby allies.
Repair - Repairs Neutral and Allied Boarding Gates.

-Passives-
Climb/Shoot - Allows you to hold out your weapon while on ladders. Learning it at Lv 1 allows you to hold out Handguns and Rifles.
Endurance - Increases SP regen
Meditation - Allows MP regen. More points increases MP regen.
Capture - Gives you the ability to capture a building(press Z). Leveling it up increases capture speed.

Carl

-Actives-
Running Jump - Jumps quick and far, avoiding enemy bullets. Kinda like Short Boost. (0/3)
Endurance - Self-Buff. Unlimited SP for 10 seconds. (0/2)

-Passives-
Throwing - Range and speed of throwing weapons increased. Adds 30 range and 20 speed. (0/1)
Demo Instinct - Decreases cool-down time for grenades, mines and grenade launchers. (0/1)
Break Fall - Take less fall damage. (0/1)

Burton
-Actives-
Spear - Dash forward to stun enemies. Receives a little defense boost during the attack. 0/3)

-Passives-
Heavy Weapon Mobility - Movement speed reduction from holding heavy weapons(ie. rocket launchers) decreased. (1/3)
Throwing. Range and speed of throwing weapons increased. Adds 45 range and 30 speed. (1/3)
Rocket Upgrade - Slightly increases Rocket Launcher blast radius. (0/2)

Marie

-Actives-
Hawk Eyes - Self-buff. Increases maximum sight range. (0/3)
Sharpshooting - Self-buff. Increases bullet accuracy and can intercept enemy grenades. (0/3)
Double Roll - Roll twice. Can change direction between rolls. (0/3)

-Passives-
Sniping Skill - Decrease SP usage while sniping with scope on. (1/3)

Ai

-Actives-
Dud Grenade - Self-buff. Depending
on the level, the next grenade you throw will be cloned, with one of the clones always being a real grenade, and the rest being "duds"(25% damage). Only works with Hand grenades. (0/3)
Back Step - Dash back to avoid attacks. (0/3)

-Passives-
Demo Instinct - Decrease cool-down time for grenades, mines and grenade launchers. (0/3)
Survival - Allows HP regen. More points strengthen HP regen.(0/3)

Made some slight edits with the Common Skills. Just found out that the max levels of the Common Skills vary with the characters(ie. Carl's Recovery maxes at Lv 2, Marie's Recovery maxes at 4, etc.).

Great post nova, though I have to add just one teeny thing, Dud Grenade is a self buff, the next grenade you throw is split into 2/3/4(depending on level) grenades, one of which is real. It does not seem to expire, although the duds do appear to deal at least half damage when they go off. I'm checking the last bit though, as I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to deal any damage and just confuse your enemy.

That is a bit closer to what it actually does, lol. It's truly an interesting skill though, the duds appear to do around 500 damage while the real grenade does the usual ~2k for me. So it would seem duds only deal 25% damage, but it is still sizable and with 3 duds and one real one at max level the damage will certainly rack up, especially on those damn zombies. =)
