| Basically, after I patched Metal Assault, I get this problem every time I attempt to start the game: When I attempt to continue, I get this: Any way to avert the problem? | |

| Just get rid of Avast. You have Windows 7. Use the antivirus Microsoft made, it's one of the most decent for Win7

| Well...
Avira caused me problems and AVG wouldn't update(plus, I hear AVG slows MAs down), so I'm really stuck with avast!.
>>Sun Hmm. So this Daz Loader allows MSE to work on a fake Windows 7?

maybe i'd be able to get it to stop blue screening like every 2 to 3 days. BSODs are 90% because of your hardware, you should look over your parts again. I get those often because of my overclocking lol >Nova Lol, that's a good idea

>Nova Lol, that's a good idea Agh mou... I can't just disappear in peace... Daylyt, as Sun says, i keep telling you it might be your hardware, and not an issue over in the computer, then again, corrupt registries and/or faulty Operating System(OS, ex. Windows 7) that was probably affected by high volume of malware(Virus/worms/Spywares) that could be one problem. Blue Screens happens in such ways where: If your computer, within the tower, there are loose cables that are connected to your hard drives incorrectly, or if you require new data cords, in case they might have been damage, causing BSOD. Faulty hardware as said above, it could be either that or your hard drives. Software installed incorrectly - sometimes some things you install aren't always correctly installed. Too many programs active all at once - system overload and melt down: This could explain why Blue screen of death is frequent with you Day, as from screenshots you sent me a long time ago, basing on that. I feel as though this might be it, having waaay too many programs on all at the same time can cause things to slow, especially if you don't have enough RAM. even if you don't have things slowing down, having too many things on at once can cause BSOD anyways. so use less than 5 or 7 programs, closing your internet browser may also help as well when you don't need to use it. as for Virus and such, even if you reformat, if you have made back ups of files, some files might have been infected and spread from there. this could be an issue. As for you Nova, Install McAfee, my friend installed it for me, so i have no idea how to help you, torrenting might be a good idea, very quick solution, and/or just uninstall avast, or make a complaint to the company about it. Back then, with Pangya some of my anti-virus programs didn't work so i had to turn it off, but then, they quickly fixed it, probably because other people had the same issue. I'm sure you're not the only one... ... I'm done, this is the last thing I'll do, good bye.

That's the last thing I'd ever want to install on my computer, although I agree with you in all other stuff. Dad's business laptop came with it, and it was the most annoying and useless thing ever.
